Alabama has dominated the college football landscape in the nine years since Nick Saban has been coaching the Crimson Tide, and most would surmise Bama’s success in winning four national championships is primarily because of great defensive teams.
To be sure, Alabama has been outstanding on the defensive side, but the offense has also ranked among the best in the most successful of those seasons.
Our series examining the best Alabama players at each position in the Saban Era includes an extraordinary group on offense. Although we can appreciate differences of opinion regarding these selections, our choices of the top offensive players at each position seems to be reasonable.
