Alabama Found OT Elliot Baker on West Coast at JUCO National Power CCSF

Eduardo Nuño has fostered the development of 18 offensive linemen over the past six years so they were able to transfer to FBS level schools. He specializes in recognizing their potential. The City College of San Francisco Associate Head Coach/Offensive Line is stoked about the future of his current strong side tackle, 2017 Alabama commit, Elliot Baker.

Football is extremely important to the former lineman.  A Tijuana, Mexico native, Nuño crossed the border daily as a teenager for three years to passionately pursue the sport.  He prepped at Marian Catholic HS (South San Diego, CA) since renamed Mater Dei Catholic HS (Chula Vista, CA) before earning a scholarship to play at the University of Pacific.  The demanding task master of the trenches began his CCSF tenure in 1993. sat down to explore the personality, circumstances and technical proficiency of the 6-7, 300 pound West Coast product with the Rams veteran staff member sporting 8 National and State Championships and 20 Conference Titles.  The in-depth three-part interview also chronicles various anecdotal moments in the past few years involving Elliot Baker including the surprising pledge to Alabama and Nick Saban.
