National recruiting site launched

SEATTLE - Those looking for the best recruiting coverage on the Web have a new home as TheInsiders.com has launched a national recruiting site featuring the top experts in the country.

Recruiting experts at TheInsiders.com already are the official recruiting content provider for CNNSI.com, where a collection of their day's best work appears daily.

TheInsiders.com also announced the simultaneous launching of 27 new team recruiting sites on which work from the network's recruiting experts will appear. Those 27 joins the formidable WarchantRecruiting.com to form a 28-team-recruiting network.

With the launching this week of WolverineInsider (Michigan), BlueGoldNews.com (West Virginia) and, coming soon, BarkBoard.com (Fresno State), TheInsiders.com network has topped 100 college team, recruiting, NFL and high school sites.

Exclusive data from the Nike football prospects camps is provided to TheInsiders.com network through StudentSports.com. The lineup of TheInsiders.com recruiting experts includes national basketball editor Dave Telep of TheInsidersHoops.com, Greg Biggins and Brian Stumpf of PacWestFootball.com, David Garvin of HeartlandRecruiting.com, Jamie Newberg of BorderWars.com, Tracy Pierson of PrepWestHoops.com, and Chris Pool of PoolRecruiting.com.

Other elite-level contributors to TheInsiders.com national recruiting site (http://recruiting.theinsiders.com) are John Bakas of FloridaPrepFootball.com, Max Emfinger of MaxEmfingerRecruiting.com, Kevin Lustgarten of JCFootball.com, Tom Perrone of PrepAtlantic.com.

Telep and Pierson collaborate on TheInsiders.com Top 101 Basketball Prospects while the others produce TheInsiders.com Top 101 Football Prospects. Both lists debuted Sept. 10.

According to Brentt Eads, the national recruiting editor of TheInsiders.com, the major advantages of TheInsiders.com's national recruiting site include, "One, unlike most recruiting publications or sites, we're not a one-person organization. Two, we have experts who see and evaluate the players in person at games and camps and also on film. Three, we cover football and basketball. Four, TheInsiders works as a team to not call the same players five times per night like some organizations do."

An integral part of TheInsiders.com national recruiting site is the National Recruiting Forum, on which all recruiting experts appear frequently to offer insights and answer questions.
