John Parker Wilson's Big Night

John Parker Wilson is leaving little doubt that he is the top quarterback prospect in the state of Alabama and one of the top prospects in the south.

John Parker Wilson, QB from Hoover HS, definitely knows how to perform under pressure. Pressure to bring his team, the #1 ranked 6A Hoover Buccaneers, from behind and pressure to make a statement to certain college coaches that are watching him to see how his season progresses.

Does he pass the test?
You tell us!

Last Friday night, Wilson tied the state record with seven touchdown passes. He now shares this record with former Westbrook QB, Brodie Croyle, now the starting QB for the Crimson Tide and several other players also hold this record.

Hoover defeated Tuscaloosa County HS (57-24) but TCHS held a 10-3 first quarter lead. This is when Wilson went to work. Wilson proceeded to perform with outstanding numbers with 19/27 for 430 yards and 7 touchdowns. Wilson sat at the end of the third quarter. His work was completed for the night. He showed the ability to go downfield last week. He completed 7 passes over 20 yards and completed three passes over 50 yards.

Wilson was named Birmingham News Player of the Week. Wilson also leads the state with over 1,500 yards passing for the season. Stats: 117/160 for 1,500+ yards passing and 16 touchdowns.

Who has offered: Clemson, Duke, Georgia Tech, Middle Tennessee State and Alabama (for baseball).

Is John Parker Wilson getting anyone's attention? I would think so.
