Justin Britt, 6'4, 255, DT, DE, from Cullman High School is to become Alabama's 9th verbal commitment today.

"I am wanting to talk to Coach Shula in the morning," said Britt. "I am planning on committing then. I want to talk with him about about playing on the offensive line. That position just feels natural to me."

Britt has two brothers currently on the Crimson Tide team, starting offensive tackle, Wesley Britt and defensive lineman Taylor Britt.

Justin had narrowed his choices to Alabama, Georgia and LSU.  He was considered an Alabama "lock" from the beginning.  But as the season progressed, it seemed that a true border war between Alabama and Georgia might be developing.  Obviously, not.
