Alabama DE Picking up More Offers

Jerrod Anderson is picking up some big time offers. What effect are the new offers having on his previous favorites?

Defensive End Jerrod Anderson was already holding offers from Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas and Louisville, and now new offers have arrived.

"I have received offers from Clemson, Vanderbilt, Southern Miss, and Florida State in the last couple of weeks," Anderson said.

The mailbox has been full of mail the last three weeks. "I received the offer from Clemson yesterday. Florida State offered me two weeks ago. Vanderbilt offered me three weeks ago. All the offers came through the mail," Anderson replied.

Anderson is very happy with the new offers and said, "I like Vanderbilt and Florida State. Southern Miss is really coming up. I really like all the schools.

In our last update, Anderson favored the in-state schools and now, "I can't really say that now. I'm looking at all the schools," Anderson replied.

Spring training is coming to an end at Prattville High School. Anderson said, "Spring training has been good. This is the last week and we play Hoover on Saturday for our spring game."

This spring, several coaches have visited the hot spot of Prattville to take a look at the talented athletes. "Coaches from Alabama, Vanderbilt, Southern Miss, West Virginia, and Florida State have all been by practice. The Southern Miss recruiting coordinator called and wanted me to come to their camp this summer," Anderson added.

Anderson has not finalized his summer camp schedule.

This Saturday, Prattville will travel to Hoover for a spring game at 7pm.
