Terrell Smith, a 6-2, 205-pound wide receiver from Clay-Chalkville High School, did not disappoint anyone at last weekend's Mountain Brook High School combine. He was considered the best overall athlete in the workout. And now he has some results in the form of scholarship offers, including one from his leader.
Terrell Smith said, "I received my first two offers: Alabama and Clemson. I received the offers through the mail after the combine."
Smith is excited about both offers and is impressed with both programs. "Both are pretty good. Both are passing teams. They have good defenses and a real good coaching staff," Smith said.
Smith said, "Alabama is my leader. I'm also considering Ole Miss, LSU, Miami and Kentucky."
Smith said in an earlier interview, "My strengths are my speed and jumping ability." He proved that to be true at the combine.
Smith will camp at Alabama, Ole Miss, LSU and Miami.
