Coleman racked up an unbelievable amount of tackles during his junior season and is looking forward to his senior year. "Last season, I had 217 tackles and 13 sacks. I had 114 solo tackles and 103 assists. I was Player of the Year for Williamson and Class 5A Lineman of the Year Runner-Up," said Coleman.
Coleman is not naming a favorite but acknowledges, "I'm looking at LSU,
Alabama, Vanderbilt, Florida State, Florida, Notre Dame, and Tennessee. I can't
say I have a favorite right now."
This spring, several coaches found their way to Williamson High School. "Coaches from LSU, Auburn, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Clemson, Mississippi State, Georgia Tech, and Louisville all came by," Coleman said.
Coleman knows what he is looking for when he starts visiting. "A big part will be what I plan to major in. Also, I want to play early. That will play a big part."
When asked about his on the field strengths, Coleman did not hesitate, "My strength and my quickness."
The summer camp schedule is mapped out and Coleman will be tripping to LSU, Alabama, Auburn and Tennessee.
