Fort Walton Beach High School standout, Raphael Ousley, was originally scheduled to visit Tuscaloosa last weekend. Ousley was unable to make the trip, and will visit this weekend.

"I did not go to Alabama this past weekend. A few things came up, and I was unable to go. I spoke with Coach Connelly and asked him if I could come this weekend. He told me Friday would be a good day. My dad and I will drive to Tuscaloosa," said Raphael Ousley.

Ousley may be close to pulling the trigger.

When asked if the trip to Tuscaloosa meant he was ready for a decision, Ousley replied, "It just depends. Right now, I really don't know what I will do. Alabama is number one on my list though."

This past weekend, Ousley did hang out with best friend and Alabama '04 signee, D.J. Hall.

"D.J. and I still talk a lot. He was in town this past weekend. We hung out a good bit. He told me how much he loved Alabama and how he loved the campus. He told me I would fall in love with the campus, when I come to visit," said Ousley.

Ousley will not take anymore visits this summer. He is set for a big senior season.

"No, I will not take any other visits. I am so excited about the season. I am ready to go out there and hit someone. We are going to have a really good team this year. We will probably go deep in the playoffs and make the state championship."

Ousley currently holds offers from Alabama and MTSU.
