New Offer and Updated Favorites for Ga. OL

Marlon Davis has seen his list of offers increase the past couple of weeks. Tennessee has joined the list of schools that Davis claims offers from, and he said that other schools have picked up their interest. Where does he currently stand in his recruitment?

"I would have to say Alabama is still my favorite. I am heavily considering them. I am starting to like Florida a lot too. The other schools I am looking at are Tennessee and Maryland," said Marlon Davis.

Davis knows what he likes in the other schools under consideration.

Florida: "They have a really good medical program, and I plan to major somewhere in the field of medicine. I really like the way they run their offense. They pass the ball a lot, and I like that."

Tennessee: "I don't know much about Tennessee. I have been a fan since I was younger. They play in the SEC.

Maryland: "I talked to their coach when he came to my school. He talked to me about the atmosphere, and I really liked that. I would have a chance to play early."

Davis is going to play the waiting game before he makes his decision.

"I believe I will wait until after my season before I make a decision. I know I will be taking an official visit to Alabama in either December or January. I don't know where else I will visit," said Davis.

Davis has been communicating with a few coaches on a regular basis.

"I have been calling Coach Randolph at Alabama, Coach Johnson at Georgia, Coach Nix at Georgia Tech, and Coach Brattan at Maryland."

Thus far, Davis has scheduled one fall game on his calendar.

"The Alabama coaches have invited me to the Alabama/Ole Miss game. I plan to go to that. I really am heavy on Alabama. I think it would be a really good place for me to go and play," said Davis.

Davis currently holds offers from Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi State, and Vanderbilt.
