Alabama dressed in full pads for the first time Saturday. The Tide's first two-a-day session was Sunday, and Mike Shula has scheduled a scrimmage for Monday. The scrimmage will take place in Bryant-Denny Stadium and is open to the public.

A member of the Alabama video crew gets a birds-eye-view. The weather in Tuscaloosa has been anything but typical Alabama-in—August.

Anthony Bryant is off the orange jersey squad and back into his regular number 97. Mark Anderson and Todd Bates hit the sled in the background. Coach Shula said Anderson has been very impressive in the first week of practice.

Wesley Britt has shown no ill-effects from the broken leg injury that ended his season a year ago.

Coach Shula looks on as Brodie Croyle completes another pass to one of his receivers. Shula has had positive things to say about Croyle throughout the first week of practice, and Brodie has looked sharp mentally and physically.

Anthony Bryant, Todd Bates and Dominic Lee move to the next drill. Defensive end Chris Turner has been in the orange jersey for the last few days due to what he termed a "mild concussion". Alabama needs a healthy defensive line.
