Bryant Museum Information

Bryant Museum is a treasure for college football fans in general and Alabama Crimson Tide football fans in particular. Here is some information about what has been going on at the museum and what is coming up.

Dear Bryant Museum supporters,

The first two Alabama games have been a great success for the team and for the Bryant Museum. Thank you to the 1,977 visitors who joined us for the first game and the Bryant Namesake Event. Thanks goes out to our sponsors Bryant Bank and Golden Flake. The Southern Miss game brought victory #2 and 2,123 fans to the museum. Encourage your family and friends to stop by and see the new Shula display and the new Bama in the NFL exhibit. Many new trophies have also been added.

New Crimson Classics DVDs and VHS tapes are available this fall in addition to last year's editions. Allen Barra will be signing his new book, The Last Coach at the museum Arkansas game day (time to be announced when kickoff is set). Look for many other book signings and gift ideas for Bama fans at the museum throughout the season. Eli Gold's and Kirk McNair's books along with many other items are available though our web site.

Artist David Taylor donated his original painting, Championship Brothers to the Bryant Museum before the Southern Miss game. Gary and Jeff Rutledge are honored on canvas as the only two brothers to lead there colligate teams to national championships at the same school. The Bryant Museum appreciates Mr. Taylor's donation and is always looking for new donations to add to our collection.
