Brick Campaign Underway

Alabama Athletics Director Mal Moore announced the start of the Crimson Terrace Brick Campaign this week.

"There is no doubt that Alabama enjoys one of the greatest traditions in all of collegiate athletics and through the Crimson Tradition Fund facilities campaign we are helping ensure the future of that tradition," Moore said. "And now our fans have the chance to be a part of that tradition in a highly visible and lasting way. The Crimson Terrace Brick Campaign gives Alabama fans a chance to buy a brick that will be displayed in front of the newly renovated Coleman Coliseum."

Alabama fans will be able to purchase bricks engraved with a personalized message. Those bricks will then be installed on the landings that lead up to the front doors of the newly renovated Coleman Coliseum.

There are several sizes and prices available for individuals and there are corporate bricks available as well. Proceeds from the bricks will go to support the Crimson Tradition Fund. Full details of the brick campaign can be found at www.rolltide.com/brick where fans can also order a brick.

Funds from the Crimson Tradition Fund campaign are targeted for the many enhancement projects impacting athletic facilities. Included in the projects are renovation of Paul W. Bryant Hall into an academic support center for student athletes; an expansion of the football complex to include a new weight room, revitalized dressing rooms, squad room and recruiting center; new turf for the Hank Crisp Indoor Practice Area; modernization of Coleman Coliseum, including a new lobby, coaches' offices and concourse and seating areas; new tennis and soccer complexes and expansion of the north end zone of Bryant-Denny Stadium.
