Alabama Commitment Waiting to Hear

Scout.com three-star defensive end LaMarcus Williams, from Bastrop, (Louis.) talks about the firing of coach Mike Shula from Alabama.

"It is just business," LaMarcus Williams said. "Sometimes it doesn't go the way it was planned, and you have to make a change. That is just life."

Asked if the business decision would change his commitment to the University of Alabama, Williams said, "No, I am still fully committed (to Alabama). As of right now, everything is good with me."

Debra Williams Frazier, Lamarcus' mom said, "When you get into something, you stick with it. I am behind LaMarcus 100%."

"I was behind his brother (Michael Williams) 100% when he went to Arkansas, and I am behind the decision of LaMarcus. I am satisfied with whatever he chooses."

Williams had not heard from the Alabama coaching staff as of yet early Monday evening.
