UA Committment from Louisiana Talks of Saban three-star defensive tackle LaMarcus Williams knows all about new Alabama Coach Nick Saban. Saban, who comes to Alabama from the Miami Dolphins, coached at LSU for four years previously. What kind of impact will coach Saban have on the big defensive prospect?

"Man, it's really great," LaMarcus Williams said from Bastrop, (Louis.). "I was die hard Bama anyway, but that just made it a plus on my side. I always wanted to go to Bama anyway, but coach Saban's hiring just made it a better atmosphere for me."

When asked of his commitment, "I have always been 100-per cent," Williams said laughing.

Williams will take his official to Alabama Jan 12.

"I will not visit any other schools besides Alabama," he said. "I can't wait to get in and meet the new staff."

Williams' dad, Michael Frazier, talked of the new head coach as well.

"We are very very excited," he said. "Nick Saban is not just a football coach but a great educator. We could not be any more excited about LaMarcus going to the University of Alabama."
