Brandon Gibson Talks Alabama Visit four star receiver Brandon Gibson from Mobile, (Ala.) visited Tuscaloosa this weekend for an official visit. Alabama has long been considered the leader for the UMS-Wright stand-out. Did he pull the trigger this weekend?

"It went pretty good," Brandon Gibson said. "I had a great time. I got there on Saturday and got to see some things I hadn't seen before. It was a lot of fun."

"There was nothing I didn't like, but nothing is perfect so I give it a 9 out of 10," Gibson joked.

Gibson talked of one of his favorite moments from the trip.

"Just hanging out with some of the guys was the best part," he said. "Preston Dial was my player host, and he is from my school. It was a lot of fun meeting back up with him."

Gibson, who is very well-mannered and polite, liked what he saw from Alabama's new coach.

"Coach Saban seems like he already has a lot of respect," Gibson said. "He carries himself like he is really humble. He is a nice guy. I think he is going to have great success."

"Coach Pendry was really nice. I think he knows what he is doing and what he is talking about."

"I didn't commit. I haven't committed anywhere right now. This weekend helped Alabama's chances. Only time can tell. I have some more stuff to think about. I am going to sit down soon and make a decision."

Gibson listed his favorites as Auburn, Alabama and South Carolina.

"I am going to try to take some more visits," he said. "I am not sure where yet. I am trying to keep in touch with those schools that are keeping in touch with me."
