Tyler Love Back from Tuscaloosa

Tyler Love, from Mountain Brook, (Ala.), is considered one of the top offensive lineman in the country for the class of 2008. He was in Tuscaloosa Saturday for an unofficial visit to Alabama. He talks about his experience at the Capstone.

"The visit went real good," said Tyler Love. "Everything went real well. We got there around 10:15 a.m. Saturday. We did the normal Junior Day stuff."

"We toured the facilities, talked to the coaches, talked about academics and went to the basketball game. It was all real good. Overall, it was a good day."

Love talks about his conversation with Alabama head coach Nick Saban and his position coach Joe Pendry.

"The visit with the coaches went real well," he said. "Coach Saban talked to me about the university and what he thinks about me as a player. He was telling me what all the university has to offer."

"I enjoyed speaking to coach Pendry. He was telling me what he likes about my technique. He told me a few things to work on as well."

"I met Jerrell Harris from Gadsden City and William Green from Spain Park. I met a bunch of other players as well."

Love grew up favoring the Crimson Tide, but said, "Everyone is equal right now."

The big time offensive lineman will attend Junior Day at Auburn March 3.
