A-Day Schedule Is Finalized

The Alabama athletics department has finalized a schedule for the annual A-Day spring football game set for April 21. Gates to Bryant-Denny Stadium will open at 11:30 a.m.

At 12:15 p.m. at Denny Chimes, fans can join Joe Kines in honoring 2006 Alabama team captains Le'Ron McClain and Juwan Simpson in the Walk of Fame ceremony. The captains will have their hand- and foot-prints added to those of past Tide captains around the landmark of The University.

Kickoff for the A-Day Game is set for 1:05 p.m. at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The game will be televised live by Comcast Sports South (CSS) with Chris Stewart handling play-by-play, former Tide quarterback Tyler Watts providing color commentary and Antonio Langham reporting from the sideline.

A Fan Photo Day will take place at the beginning of fall practices in August, instead of the autograph session that normally occurs on A-Day. The date and time of that event will be announced soon.
