Recruits Eager to See Showdown in T-Town

The Alabama Crimson Tide and LSU Bengal Tigers are set to square off Saturday afternoon at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa. Kick-off set for 4:00 p.m. Top prospects from across the South are expected to arrive with the 150 recruits gracing the sidelines watching pre-game warm-ups and festivities.

Foley's Julio Jones and Alabama commitment Robert Lester may arrive in Tuscaloosa this weekend after re-scheduling their visit to Norman, (Okla.). State high school play-offs begin next week, and Foley head coach Todd Watson may keep his star players at home.

Jerrell Harris

Top in-state uncommitted prospects who are expected include Jerrell Harris, Antoine McClain, William Green, Glenn Harbin, Willie Bohannon, Jomarcus Savage, Marcus Jemison, Marsellos Wilder, DeMario Pippen, Marcel Dareus, Greg McGrue, Quinton Pierce, Sean Richardson, Caleb Mitchell, Martez Patterson and Arkansas commitment Josh Tatum.

Chase Clement

An elite group of out-of-state prospects are expected to visit, especially top talent from Louisiana. The big four from the Bayou State include Tyler Edwards, Chase Clement, Chris Tolliver and Robby Green are all confirmed as visitors.

Brandon Bolden

Other Louisiana natives planning to visit include: Brandon Bolden, Jordan Jefferson, Jerico Nelson, Lavar Edwards, P.J. Smith, DeAngelo Peterson and Dallas Thomas

Barrett Jones

Barrett Jones is one of the Tide's top targets, and he will return for an unofficial visit. Jones could leave Tuscaloosa as a commitment.

T.J. Bryant

Look for five-stars T.J. Bryant and DeAndre Brown to finally make an appearance for an Alabama game as well.

Cordy Glenn

Other elite out-of-state prospects visiting include Cordy Glenn, Chris Jordan, Dont'a Hightower, Toby Jackson, Alonzo Lawrence, Neiko Lipscomb, Nick Beckton and Florida State commitment Ja' Baris Little (teammate of T.J. Bryant)..

Dre Kirkpatrick

Underclassmen are already a high priority for the Alabama coaching staff. Prospects who have received scholarship offers who plan to visit include A.J. McCarron, Dre Kirkpatrick, Tana Patrick, Nico Johnson, D.J. Fluker and Chris Davenport.

Rex Burkhead

Other juniors expected include Mardrecas Hood, Anthony Orr, Quinton Dial, Kendall Kelly, Justin Fowler, Rex Burkhead, Javen Harris, Kenyatta Abernathy, Jamal Patterson and Drew Little.

Alabama fans are already raving about sophomore Caleb Castille, the younger brother of Tim and Simeon, and son of Jermiah. He will take an unofficial visit this weekend.

Michael Williams

Alabama commitments are expected in full force such as Tyler Love, Burton Scott, Melvin Ray, Devonta Bolton, Wesley Neighbors, Michael Williams, Brandon Lewis, Courtney Upshaw, Destin Hood, Ivan Matchett, Mark Barron, Jermaine Preyear, Undra Billingsley, John Michael Boswell and Brad Smelley.
