Tide Softball Star SEC Frosh Honoree

Cassancra Reilly-Boccia, an outfielder and first baseman for Alabama's softball team, was selected as the SEC Freshman of the Week for her play last week.

Alabama, ranked fourth in the nation, hosted sixth-ranked Georgia in a crucial SEC series and Cassandra Reilly-Boccia resonded with a team-best .556 batting average, a team-leading six runs batted in, and a home run as the Crimson Tide swept the series.
