Baseball Ticket Promotions Set
"We are very excited about the start of the season this Saturday and we hope the fans will come out and support our team," Alabama Baseball Coach Mitch Gaspard said. "We have been working very hard the last six weeks to prepare for the season and I think the fans will see an exciting brand of baseball at the Joe."
In addition, several packages are available for fans to enjoy Crimson Tide baseball this season at affordable prices. Those packages include:
"Grand Slam 10 Pack" where fans cans choose any 10 games on the schedule for $5 per ticket in the upper chair backs, while supplies last.
"Perfect Game Pack" where fans can purchase a minimum of four tickets and receive a free coupon for one hot dog, chips and drink for $8 per ticket. This is good for Sunday games only.
"Weekday Online Special" where fans can purchase a ticket on-line and receive one hot dog, chips and drink for $6. This special is available for every Tuesday and Wednesday home game, plus the season opener with South Alabama on Saturday, Feb. 20 and the Illinois Chicago series on Friday, Feb. 26 and Saturday, Feb. 27.
A new wave of Crimson Tide baseball begins this Saturday at 2 p.m. CST as Alabama will host South Alabama in the 2010 season opener at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. The Crimson Tide's opening day special includes one ticket, one hot dog, chips, and drink for $6 per person.
Other promotions for the 2010 season include "Future All-American Night" for Tuesday and Wednesday home games where kids can run out on the field with the Crimson Tide baseball team for the National Anthem. "Kid's Day" will be each Sunday afternoon at the Joe. Kids can sign up to be the junior PA announcer in the fifth inning and after the game kids can run the bases.
