"I do like that they are the second biggest school in the country, and they will be on the (Pac-12 network) that will show all their games all around the country. You watch their games and the crowd does go crazy there and the players feed off the crowd. It seems like a good place to be at."
The 5-10 180-pound Sells, who reported a 40-time of 4.4 seconds, collected 50 tackles, one interception and one-forced fumble as a junior for Irving (Tex.) MacArthur High School. The Sun Devil staff conveyed to Sells why they thought he would be a good fit for Arizona State.
"Both coaches liked me a lot and offered me the same day they came to my high school for the first time," Sells recalled. "They want me to play corner and because they play aggressive man-to-an defense that's a good fit for me because that is one of my specialties.
"I'm very strong in the weight room. I bench 305 lbs. and squat 560 lbs. and the coaches liked that a lot."
"I like Baylor the most," Sells remarked. "I want to make a decision before the season starts and if I had to decide today it would be Baylor. I'm just not sure when exactly I will commit (to any school). I already visited TCU, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State. Besides visiting Arizona State, I'm planning to visit Iowa, West Virginia, Iowa State and Indiana.
"But I think I would make a decision before I took all my visits."
