"The visit was real nice and I was actually blown away by it," Little stated. "Everything was very organized and it was a good visit. We saw the dorms, the stadium, the locker room…it was crazy. I loved it. Their academic program impressed me the most. They explained to me how much they help you with your classes and how much they care that you get your degree. I was very impressed by the Manzanita dorms across the street from the stadium."
The five-star offensive lineman prospect stands at 6-6 285 and already has offers from Arizona State, Baylor, Clemson, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, TCU, Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech. As a sophomore he was a starter on Allen's 5A State Champion team last season.
"The (ASU) coaches really like my size," Little commented. "They told me that they are trying to get more guys on the offensive line that are 6-5, 6-6 that have long limbs and quick feet and that is what they like about me at offensive tackle.
"I play basketball too so I feel like I have the good conditioning and good feet work. I'm strong for my age but I feel that I need to get stronger."
The fact that ASU already has two pledges in their 2014 class from Allen High School, as well as natural tie-ins to that program, hasn't gone unnoticed by Little as he learns more about the Sun Devils.
"It was very interesting to see our safety, Chad Adams, decommit from Baylor and commit to Arizona State," Little remarked. "I was surprised by that because I didn't know much about Arizona State. But it had to be a very good school for him to do that so I had to see for myself why he chose Arizona State. Chad told me if felt like home and that this is a good program.
"When I came on my visit is was beyond my expectations. I was blown away by it. Coach Bo Graham is recruiting me and he offered me a scholarship last week. It's cool to have a coach recruiting me who played at Allen and his dad was the head coach at Allen too. It makes it very easy to talk to both of them because they know everybody I know at Allen."
Needless to say that Little is in the infancy stage of his recruiting process and therefore he isn't planning on making any decisions this year.
"I plan to commit on signing day after my senior year," Little said. "I'm looking for a school that is strong academically and I will also look at the people in the community and how involved they are with the program and how much they care about me. These are the things I will be looking at before committing."
