Video: Ballage making huge camp impression

Arizona State sophomore running back Kalen Ballage appears poised for a breakout season. His play at the Camp Tontozona scrimmage reinforced the strong play he's shown in practices this month.

If his play in spring ball and the start to fall camp is any indication, sophomore running back Kalen Ballage is poised for a breakout sophomore season in 2015.

Ballage, a 6-foot-3, 230 pound running back, may be ASU's most improved offensive player in the last year. At the Camp Tontozona-ending scrimmage Saturday, Ballage had a 58 yard touchdown run and six total carries for 68 yards.

A year ago at this time, Ballage was bothered by a bad back and looking at that experience in the present, he said he didn't have the right attitude.

Now, Ballage said he's mentally in a much better place to be successful. What else did he have to say following Saturday's scrimmage. Find out in the included video.
