Two minute drill: Offensive coaching roles

The responsibilities of several Arizona State offensive coaches will broaden to some degree following the resignation of Bo Graham and promotion of Josh Martin.

Arizona State is going to redeploy some of its resources on the offensive coaching staff in the wake of the resignation of Bo Graham as running backs coach and promotion of Josh Martin from graduate assistant.

Martin has a year under his belt with the Sun Devils but has only worked with the offensive line in Tempe and to this point in his college coaching career.

Tight ends coach Chip Long and offensive coordinator Mike Norvell in particular will be broadening out their responsibilities to some degree in the practice setting.

Former Chaparral High offensive coordinator Kenny Dillingham is moving into an on-field role that should also help the Sun Devils moving forward.

In Tuesday's two-minute drill SunDevilSource discusses all of this as well as provides an injury update on junior wide receiver Tim White and redshirt freshman Sam Jones, the players we're watching most closely as it relates to their status heading into ASU's Sept. 5 opener against Texas A&M in Houston.
