ASU signee Tyler Johnson highlights

Four-star signee Tyler Johnson is an athlete who projects to multiple positions, but will likely start his Arizona State career working as a Devil backer.

Arizona State has struggled to recruit a full-service Devil backer prospect from the high school ranks under head coach Todd Graham, which explains why the program's pursuit of four-star signee Tyler Johnson was a no-brainer for the Sun Devils.

A jumbo athlete with the physical tools to play multiple positions, Johnson stands 6-foot-4 and weighs in at 240 pounds and could potentially add more weight to his frame while maintaining his impressive explosiveness.

Johnson chose ASU over reported offers from Alabama, Florida, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State and Oregon among others.
