Women's Basketball Media Day

Following a famous 2004-05 season that put five teams from the conference into the NCAA Tournament (with all five teams advancing), there is a special buzz surrounding the Pac-10. 10 optimistic head coaches converged Wednesday at the HP Pavilion in San Jose, each with one of their players, to speak with media from up and down the West Coast. We have 62 minutes of footage of the Pac-10 coaches and players talking on the issues important to their team and upcoming season.

The event was emceed by Fox Sports Net women's basketball broadcast analyst Mary Murphy. The 10th and final program at the podium was the Wildcats, who spoke of the tragedy and aftermath of losing Shawntinice Polk.
