Daniels Diggs ASU Visit

When he left his house for his trip to Tempe, WR Quintin Daniels was not all that excited about his trip to Arizona State. However, things changed by Sunday evening.

When Quintin's mother, Tana Flader, picked him up from the airport after his visit to ASU, she says he "raved" about his trip. He was very excited to show her the material he received during his visit, even without her asking to see it. She was surprised he was so excited about his time in Tempe. Quintin himself admits that he "underestimated what ASU has to offer." He also stated that he believes he "fits in very well" at ASU. When asked about the new facilities, he described the new weight room, meeting rooms, and the stadium as "amazing."

Daniels is a very dedicated student who is looking for a strong undergraduate program to prepare him for graduate study in medicine and/or business. Part of why he underestimated ASU is that he was not aware of the school's well-respected Honors School and numerous Honors programs. Quintin did not commit to ASU on his trip and has no real time frame to make a decision. He has a trip to UCLA planned for next weekend and believes a decision would be forthcoming within a week of his return from Westwood.

Hopefully the positive vibes Quintin got from his visit to Tempe this weekend will stick with him until it is time to make his decision.
