Arizona is set to face Washington this week and it seems the Huskies are not worried about the possible changes in offense with Matt Scott at the helm for the Wildcats.

"We've got to be a little more prepared for the zone read stuff that Matt's able to do, but at the end of the day they are going to run their plays," UW head coach Steve Sarkisian said. "They are going to use Antolin and Grigsby to run the ball and they are going to get the ball to Criner and those other wide outs…we have to prepare for their schemes."

The Arizona game is big for UW for many reasons, but the Huskies are approaching it just like any other game.

"We're taking the approach that it's this game that matters," Sarkisian said. "There is a real sense of urgency in our locker room right now. And we are going to prepare well this week and we are going to play hard.

"If that's good enough to win, I don't know that. But we are going to play hard. There is a real sense of urgency in our locker room that I think they are understanding what it takes. Winning is hard and it takes a real group effort to get it accomplished.''

One concern for Washington is the play of its special teams, as the Huskies definitely need to improve in that area.

"We'll keep working on it," Sarkisian said. "We practice it alot. Just got to continue to fit. Unfortunately we got out of a lane again twice last week and boom, it seems every time we do it they are right there. So we will continue to work it. It's been a huge point of emphasis for us and has been now for two months and we've just got to keep working at it.''

It does not get any easier after Arizona, as the entire conference is aware of its strength this year.

"We play really good teams," Sarkisian said. "Every opponent is good. No point in trying to build one up and not another one. These guys are good, Oregon State was good, Arizona State was good, USC was good, Nebraska was good. Everybody is good nowadays I guess. Doesn't matter helmet they got on, just get ready to play well and play hard.''

It is important that the Huskies maintain the same energy level for each Pac-10 opponent.

"If I knew I'd be traveling around the country answering that question for a lot of teams that sometimes don't come out with the same energy from week to week to week," Sarkisian said. "We work hard on it. We talk to it, and try to capture it when we have it and when we don't have it try to build it back up.

"But that's the challenge of coaching, and to have your seniors help you with that. Hopefully we can find that same energy level and bring it at Arizona on Saturday night."
