Arizona has offered Wilmington (Calif.) Harbor Community College safety Byron Moore.
Moore was a major top recruit for USC in 2009 and left because he wanted a change of scenery after the off-season troubles of the program.
Moore has plans to take visits after the season, although those visits are still undecided. Many feel as if he could wind up at UCLA, but Moore will have many options to choose from.
Moore had four interceptions this season and is showing the promise that caused him to be one of the higher ranked players in the country coming out of high school.
At this time, there are no favorites in Moore's recruitment and he will be taking his time as a player eligible to transfer in June.
