Arizona used another big second half to blow away an opponent, this time defeating Santa Clara 82-59 on Friday night.
Derrick Williams scored 22 points and actually hit three shots from behind the arc.
Solomon Hill added 20 of his own and Kevin Parrom and Jamelle Horne contributed 12.
Arizona was only up 34-28 at the half, but the defense turned it up and Santa Clara played a lot of individual basketball
Santa Clara actually outshot and rebounded Arizona, but the Wildcats were able to get to the line much more.
Arizona will now lay Kansas Saturday night in the first real challenge for both teams.
