6-foot-1, 195-pound Missouri City (Texas) Marshall linebacker Ryan Flannigan is a player that could get a lot of offers in a hurry and on Friday, Arizona decided to get in the mix.
"I got an offer from Arizona today," Flannigan said. "I called the coaches and they let me know that they were offering me.
"I talked to Tim Kish and he let me know that they wanted me. I am very excited about the offer because it is another school that is in the mix before my senior year starts."
Arizona is not the only school in the picture, as there are numerous others that are involved with Flannigan.
"I am going to Baylor on March 14 and then Texas Tech and Texas A&M want me to come down to visit," he said.
"A&M and Baylor let me know that they are close to offering, but they want to meet with me first and have me see the school."
As Flannigan sees the schools recruiting him, he has a good idea of what it will take to land his services.
"I am looking for a good education," he said. "I want to be a part of a good program and a college campus that is friendly and feels good and has good fans."
Flannigan is not close to a decision, but plans to make one before his senior year.
