PG: Momo Jones (6-0, 196, So.) vs. Jio Fontan (6-0, 175, Jr.)
Fontan is one of the more overrated players in the league, but he is definitely still dangerous. Jones has also played well against USC and this matchup should be somewhat of a wash.
SG: Kevin Parrom (6-6, 205, So.) vs. Donte Smith (5-11, 180, Jr)
Fogg may still get minutes, but either way Smith is going to be dangerous for Arizona. He has the ability to get hot from behind the arc and Arizona is definitely going to have to contain him to win.
SF: Solomon Hill (6-6, 226, So.) vs. Marcus Simmons (6-6, 220, Sr.)
Simmons is the best defender in the league, but still leaves something to be desired offensively. Hill is similar in his inconsistency, but his potential to have a positive impact on the game is larger.
PF: Jesse Perry (6-7, 210, Jr.) vs. Alex Stepheson (6-10, 250, Sr.)
Stepheson played well in the last meeting and it is easy to assume he will do so again. One of Arizona's biggest fears should be keeping him off the glass, as that is where Stepheson is at his most dangerous.
C: Derrick Williams (6-8, 241, So.) vs. Nikola Vucevic (6-10, 240, Jr)
Vucevic is a fantastic player, but it is still difficult to give him an advantage over Williams. In fact, it seems like the type of situation where both are going to put up numbers and there is not much the opponent can do about it.
Benches: Arizona goes much deeper than USC, which will likely only use two players off the bench. Maurice Jones has potential to score in bunches, but is unlikely to have a huge game.
Coaches: Sean Miller vs. Kevin O'Neill
O'Neill likely is not as bad of a coach as many people think, but there is a reason why Miller is considered to be one of the best in the country.
Intangibles: USC is playing closer to home and has much more to gain with a win, as many consider it to be a bubble team.
Prediction: USC is playing very solid basketball right now and is a more motivated team considering that it needs to keep winning to make the tournament. However, Arizona remembers last game and chances are good that it will be sending a message.
Arizona 76, USC 72
