"My visit was really fun, I'm mad that I'm back home," Jerrett said. "I got a taste of what college is going to be like and it was nice hanging out with the players, they're really cool people. I loved hanging out with Kaleb (Tarczewski), Gabe (York), and Brandon (Ashley). I really enjoyed myself.
"My favorite part was probably the football game; it was pretty fun with the streaker. I really liked hanging out with Kyle Fogg after the football game."
All three of Arizona's 2012 commitments as well as the uncommitted Tarczewski were in attendance for the weekend's game, an experience that the 6-foot-9, 220-pound center really enjoyed.
"We just hung out with each other and the team," Jerrett said. "We enjoyed watching the Red and Blue game. We're excited that we're going there and hopefully Kaleb joins us. It seemed like he really enjoyed himelf."
Along with York and Ashley, Jerrett spent a lot of time over the weekend trying to convince Tarczewski to become the fourth member of Arizona's 2012 recruiting haul.
"We just talked about the fun parts of Arizona," Jerrett said. "We were just laughing and hanging out with him. We were all together at everything, so we always talked and tried to work him coming to Arizona into the conversation."
In an earlier interview, 2013 prospect Stephen Domingo said he believed the 2012 class has already become like a family. According to Jerrett, all of the time the four have spent with each other on the AAU circuit brought them closer together and allowed them to have the kind of time they did.
"Due to travel ball, we always saw each other over the summer time and we talked and stuff," Jerrett said. "When we come to a place like this and we don't have basketball to deal with, we do everything we can to enjoy ourselves.
"Going to a place we're all about to go and getting to show Kaleb that he really needs to come with us, it was a good experience. All four of us together, we're really close. I think that travel ball brought us closer together."
While spending time with future and prospective teammates, Jerrett also liked what he saw from the 2011-12 Arizona team.
"I'm looking forward to seeing them play, they really surprised me," Jerrett said. "They've only had a couple of practices, but they look really good out there. I'm looking forward to seeing how far they can go in the tournament."
So after a successful visit to Tucson and having the chance to spend the weekend with Tarczewski, where does Jerrett think the nation's seventh ranked player ends up?
"I think he's going to chose Arizona."
