Jesse Perry: It seemed like it was UCLA's entire front line against Perry the entire game, which really put him at a disadvantage. He shot 4 of 9 from the field, but did a good job of getting to the free throw line where he was 8 of 9 for the game. The senior also grabbed eight rebounds to go along with his 16 points.
Solomon Hill: Arizona definitely needed for Hill to be more aggressive and assist Perry in the paint. He seemed to be passive around the perimeter and instead wanted to shoot threes rather than driving in a game where the UCLA front court was fouling often. Hill shot 2 of 4 from three and 4 of 9 overall, but a big way to see that he wasn't as aggressive as he could have been is his only four rebounds.
Brendon Lavender: It is hard to imagine that Lavender has made it to his senior day in an Arizona uniform, but he endured a lot and his role on this team is cemented in time to make some good things happen at the end of the year. His shot wasn't exactly on against UCLA, but he finished with five points on 2 of 6 shooting and helped Arizona get a win against the Bruins on senior day.
Josiah Turner: To his credit he attacked the rim pretty well for the game against a team that was tall and long. His stat line read that he had no assists and five turnovers, but that also doesn't tell the whole story. Turner had some passes that weren't converted into points and he definitely facilitated the offense decently despite some poor shooting. He has limited his turnovers in the past couple weeks and needs to get back to that in order for Arizona to make a run.
Nick Johnson: Johnson was just 1 of 6 from the field and most of them were not good shots. He was out of rhythm offensively and made a few mistakes on defense. He has to get his confidence back and play stronger. At this point in the season, the will to win takes over and Johnson has plenty of will; he just has to go out and prove it.
