Linebacker scheduled to visit

It is no secret that Arizona wants linebackers. Read on to read about one that is planning to visit as he discusses the schools involved, what he is looking for in a school, and more.

Danville (Calif.) San Ramon Valley linebacker Ryan Dunn is patiently waiting, as he expects the recruiting process to pick up sooner than later.

"Everything is going good," Dunn said. "I am just waiting for spring ball for all the coaches to come out and stuff. Not much has been going on besides working out and getting ready for spring and all that."

Arizona has already offered Dunn and stands as his only offer up until this point.

"Arizona is my only offer," Dunn said. "I sent them my film and they watched it and gave me a call the next day. I talked to coach Casteel and he offered me that morning."

Dunn has a good idea of what other schools will be seeing him this spring, but also has one visit planned as well.

"I know UCLA is going to come see me, Washington, Arizona State, and maybe Tennessee," he said. "I have talked to coach Casteel a few times since he offered and I have scheduled a visit for April 13."

As Dunn proceeds through the recruiting process he has a good idea of what he will be looking for in a school.

"I want a school that I can get through and graduate and a good football team with coaches that will help me learn a lot," he said.

In terms of a final decision, Dunn does not have a specific timeline. However, he believes that his recruitment will not last until Signing Day.

"I am not sure right now," Dunn says of a decision. "I have to see who offers and stuff, but I think I would want to be an early decision. I don't think I want to drag it out until the end."
