"I like Arizona and ASU equally," Solomon said. "It's funny because I know both schools really hate each other, but I really like both the staffs and the schools.
"Both places are going to be good. I'm also interested in UCLA, Utah and UNLV, but the Arizona schools are the ones that stand out."
The UA coaching staff has done everything possible to secure Solomon's commitment.
"The Arizona visit was very impressive," Solomon said. "The coaches really made it an enjoyable time. The campus was awesome and I really liked everything about it, and it's only going to get better because there are new facilities going up."
In addition, Solomon says that he is impressed by Arizona's coaching staff.
"The football part of the visit was great," Solomon said. "The coaches are great and I have a good chemistry with them. They're all about football, but they're also fun to be around. The program is on the rise and you can tell they're going to do good things."
Solomon is enjoying the recruiting process, but is still doing everything possible to ease his transition to the next level.
"I'm working on my strength, throwing and focus this summer," Solomon said. "I'm going to hit the weights hard and work on my lateral movement and throwing form.
"I also really want to focus on not being lazy and working each day to improve. If I do that stuff, I'll improve as a player. My drops will become better and quicker."
Solomon figures to make his college choice in the near future.
"I would like to make a decision soon," Solomon said. "I wanted to decide at the beginning of the summer, and I will probably make a decision in the next 3 to 4 weeks."
