2014 prospect Namon Wright has seen his recruitment pick up. Arizona is one of the school involved, among numerous others. where does the UA stand? What is he looking for? Read on for those answers and more.

2014 Los Angeles Pacific Hills shooting guard Namon Wright has struggled so far at the Adidas Super 64 tournament, but is keeping his head up and looking forward.

Wright has been gaining interest from schools steadily before this weekend, receiving a few offers from schools.

"Gonzaga, New Mexico State, Utah, USC, Florida State have all offered me," Wright said. "I've also been told that I have an offer from Arizona."

Even with all the attention, Wright is still taking things slow and keeping all of his options open.

"I know that I have a few offers and more will come, but I don't really have any favorites right now," Wright said.

"Arizona and USC have been after me pretty hard, but I'm still keeping things open for now."

The guard has thought about which schools that he wants to visit, but hasn't set up anything for the future.

"I took a visit to USC and saw the campus and the team," he said. "I think they might pick up in the future."

Wright did mention that he had other schools in mind for his unofficial visits.

"I am going to visit UNLV and Arizona, but I really haven't set anything up yet," he said. "I'll probably try to put a visit together this fall."

As for Arizona, the shooting guard feels like he would fit in just fine.

"I like Arizona and I'd fit good there," Wright said. "I like to run and I'm good in transition. Coach Miller likes to do that (at Arizona)."

For the rest of the tournament and summer, Wright is just focused on two simple things.

"I just want to work on getting better and helping my team win this," he said. "We played bad and now we have to get better."
