"The game was amazing," said Isaiah's father, George. "The atmosphere was absolutely electric, which was very impressive considering it was a scrimmage. If the fans are like this for a scrimmage, it's hard to imagine an actual game day atmosphere.
"I was very impressed by the scrimmage itself. I love the way Sean lets his guards play. He gives them freedom, but there is also a lot of screening and movement without the ball, and that is something that Isaiah excels at."
The caliber of recruits in attendance also impressed the Briscoe family.
"Man, the players here were amazing," George Briscoe said. "Just looking around and seeing Stanley Johnson and Aaron Gordon and some of the other players kind of made me feel like we were at Kentucky West.
"It's obvious Sean is going to continue to bring in great players and it looks like they're pretty close to competing for national titles."
All the questions the Briscoe family had about the Arizona program were answered in resounding fashion.
"Obviously, the basketball aspect of the visit was great," George Briscoe said. "It was the other stuff that blew us away. Besides the atmosphere, it's an absolutely beautiful campus and the kind of place that any really good player would want to attend."
Arizona's distance from New Jersey doesn't matter to the Briscoe family.
"If Isaiah decides he wants to play here, I'm all for it," George Briscoe said. "I've got family out here, and they would be able to help Isaiah transition into the college life."
