"It was fun to get out to the USC game and see Arizona's offense in person," the 6-foot-4, 220-pound Dixon said. "I play tight end, but I feel I have the ability to make the transition to wide out if need be.
"It was really impressive watching all those receivers running open against USC and as a pass catcher that's something that's appealing. I also feel I have the potential to switch positions if need be because I'm always working on my quickness, agility, and hands."
Dixon made it up to the game with a couple teammates and it's safe to say they were all impressed.
"I've been here before," Dixon said. "I was somewhat familiar with the campus and program, but I could tell my teammate (Devonte Nunnery) was impressed by everything, which isn't that surprising considering how well they played."
Dixon and his teammates will be in attendance at Arizona's next game in Pasadena.
"We're all heading out to visit UCLA next week," Dixon said. "It will be fun to see Arizona go against another good team and we'll get a chance to take a closer look at both schools."
In order to garner Dixon's signature, Arizona will have to beat out some traditional powers.
"I have offers from a lot of good schools," Dixon said. "Besides Arizona, Washington, Ohio State, Miami, California, and Colorado have offered and I think there are some other schools that are getting close."
