As is the case with Zimmerman, Arizona will face plenty of competition to sign the 6-foot-8, 195-pound center.
"I'm getting a lot interest from schools," Jeter said. "There isn't one school that really stands out, but I'm keeping an eye on everyone that is recruiting me."
Arizona is one of those schools that Jeter is keeping an eye on, but admits he needs to get more familiar with the specifics.
"The Arizona coaches have been in steady contact with me," he said. "They like my game and they have been to a ton of my games, so I know they're very interested.
"I don't know much about their philosophy or how they would use me, but I would imagine they have talked to my dad about that."
Jeter doesn't plan on looking at schools until the July evaluation period is over.
"I might start looking more at my options after the summer," Jeter said. "Right now the big things I'm working on are getting stronger and expanding my range.
"I feel I've got pretty good skills, but I have to hit the weights to take advantage of everything."
When the time comes, Jeter will be looking at a couple aspects of prospective schools.
"A relationship with the coaching staff will play a big part in my decision," Jeter said. "I don't have a favorite staff right now or anything. I'm just trying to develop a feeling for each situation."
In terms of a decision, Jeter says he is in no rush to end his recruitment.
"I'm going to wait until the end of my senior year to make a decision," he said. "I'm not that far along in the process and I want to find a school where I can play early and enter a good business program."
