"The Arizona coaches offered me at their camp this past weekend and I'm really excited about it," Franke said.
"They said I exemplify what they are looking for in players. I'm big, can move, listen and I'm pretty flexible with positions because of my size."
Arizona is now at the top of Franke's list, along with another Pac-12 school.
"Arizona and UCLA are the schools I like the most," Franke said. "The UCLA coaches have been in steady contact with me. They have a bunch of offers now, so it's kind of a scholarship crunch, but they want me to keep in touch and they've told me they're going to continue to watch me closely and they could let me know what future options might be."
Franke plans on attending another camp and then will proceed from there.
"I've got a camp coming up at USC next weekend," Franke said. "After that I'm probably done with camps. One of the main reasons I've been going to camps is to see how I work with the coaching staff and if we are on the same page, and the camps have been informative in that regard."
Franke hopes the visits will help him make an early decision.
"I would like to decide sometime by October," Franke said. "I just want to make sure I find the best school for me, a place that loves football, a coaching staff of solid people and a solid business administration program."
