On Tuesday, that attention may pay off for Arizona fans and the coaching staff as well, as Hale is set to choose from five schools.
"I'm going to commit at The Opening," Hale told Scout.com last week. "I'm ready to do it, I know what I want to do and there is no need in putting this off any longer. One school has been recruiting me the hardest since day one, I'm at the top of their board and I'm positive it's where I want to play so I'm going to get it done next week."
It's hard to argue against the belief that Arizona has been the most aggressive in Hale's recruitment, as it has had him on campus numerous times and he has been on record as saying the Wildcats have recruited him the hardest.
Although Hale is going to choose from five schools, the general consensus seems to be that he is actually making a choice between Arizona and Cal.
Now that he is ready to make his choice, it looks like Hale has found the school that matches his criteria the best.
"I just want to find an environment that is going to be good for me," he said. "I can't really focus on weather because I know that at a lot of places at the next level, NFL teams don't really have great weather.
"So, I need to focus on the depth charts and the players and who I get along with and other things like that."
For Arizona fans, the hope is that he has decided that Arizona is where he wants to spend his next four years, as it would mean Arizona's third four-star commitment of the class and much more than that as well.
