The 5-foot-10, 170-pound point guard is extremely fast and uses that speed to his advantage, as he is a nightmare to guard.
"I think I am a slasher that can get by my man and find the open players," Ramsey said. "I like to pride myself on my defense and I think I am a high energy player also."
It is no surprise that the 2016 guard is already hearing from numerous schools and if his early recruiting is any indication, it could wind up being a Pac-12 battle.
"Recruiting is going good," Ramsey said. "USC, UCLA, and the rest of the Pac-12 is recruiting me the most.
"I'm not sure what I am looking for. I am just an incoming sophomore. I do want a school with my playing type, but I am just looking at everything right now."
Ramsey admits that he is still learning about the schools recruiting him, but does know a bit about Arizona.
"I like the way that Arizona plays on offense," he said. "They seem to try to get everybody involved and really move the ball around. Arizona is definitely a school that I am looking at."
Due to the fact that Ramsey is so young, he does not have a timeline for his decision. However, he does seem himself taking his time with a decision.
"I am not in a rush at all," he said. "I don't know what schools I will visit or anything, but I am pretty sure I am going to take my time and weigh all of my options that come along."
