"The summer is going pretty good for me," Victor said. "We just came from winning our tournament back home, so we are out here to compete. We want to come out here and win."
In terms of recruiting, not much has changed for the forward.
"Everything is basically the same as far as recruiting goes," he said. "I'm still looking to decide before the end of the month, but I could draw it out. Probably a few days after this tournament, I am looking forward to making a decision.
Much has been made about Victor's interest in Kentucky, but he downplayed the situation when asked about it.
"I'm not really worried about that," Victor said. "I'm just looking forward to competing and showing these coaches that I can compete at the next level."
One of the main reasons why Arizona continues to be a main leader for Victor is because of the role that it is presenting to him.
As Victor sits down to think about his decision, he will look at numerous factors. However, it could come down to a simple feeling.
"I have to feel comfortable with my decision. That's really the only thing. If I'm comfortable, then I have no problem making my decision."
Once Victor is done with the AAU season, his attention will turn to his first and only year at Findlay Prep.
"I've seen Findlay once before, but I am going to go back and check it out since I am out here. I chose Findlay because of the exposure. They prepare guys really well and I know that by going there, I will be prepared to play at the next level."
