"I was very happy with how Isaiah played this summer," Isaiah's father George Briscoe said. "It was difficult for him because he played against a lot of teams that just had better players, but Isaiah was able to show his skills.
"He is getting better at running the point while also keeping his scoring instincts in tact."
Much of the country is recruiting Briscoe, but there is one school that seems to sticking out.
"We love everything about Arizona and it all starts with Sean Miller," Briscoe said. "He comes from a basketball family and has a lot of connections all over the country.
"You see the staff he has now assembled and you know that they are going to be good for a very long time."
In addition, Miller's past success is helping him with the recruitment of Briscoe.
"Then you look at his track record at Xavier and you see the kids he's bringing in right now, and it's not hard to see envision them winning a national championship soon," George said.
As of now, Briscoe plans on making another visit out to Tucson.
"He's going to be going back out to Tucson for the Red-Blue game and I think that could signal that is recruitment is winding down," Briscoe said. "He's seen everything he needs to see, but he just wants to be around the guys again."
There is currently a possibility that Briscoe decides to commit on his visit.
"I don't want to steal the show from Isaiah," Briscoe said. "I will say that nothing has changed as far as the schools that he is most interested in."
