The Arizona commit was in attendance for the Red and Blue game on Saturday and came away impressed.
"To have that many people come out for a scrimmage was amazing," Victor said. "I wanted to get out there and play because it was a special atmosphere."
Victor got to meet the current team, particularly two players he hopes he can emulate in the future.
"I got to hang out with Aaron Gordon and Brandon Ashley and they're just cool dudes," Victor said. "We all kind of play the same position, so we talked about plays and stuff and they just told me that it's fun playing here."
In addition, Victor got to sit down with the coaching staff, including his lead recruiter in Joe Pasternack and future head coach Sean Miller.
"Coach Pasternack obviously has a lot of ties to Louisiana and he's been recruiting me for quite awhile," Victor said. "From the beginning he told me they like the way I play and that they would love for me to become a Wildcat
"Coach Miller said he wants me to play my butt off for Findlay this season and then be ready to come in and compete with Aaron and Brandon for playing time. He believes all of us playing together will make each of us better and that is one of the reasons I committed."
That mentality is also the same reason why Findlay will finish his high school career at Findlay.
"I'm happy I'm at Findlay now," he said. "I'm on a similar workout plan that the UA guys are on and I'm still in high school. I'm going to eat right and work hard on getting stronger and, hopefully, I can come in next season and make an impact and help Arizona win championships."
