"It's had its up and downs, but we are coming together as a team and getting better and stronger every day," Jackson said.
Jackson is capable of helping a team in numerous ways, but still has a good idea of what he would like to improve on.
"Individually I want to improve my speed," Jackson said. "I also want to keep getting more athletic and work on making my handle tighter."
As far as recruiting goes, Arizona was the first school to throw its hat in the ring and others are not too far behind.
"Recruiting is alright," Jackson said. "I haven't gotten any new offers. Arizona is my biggest offer and that came a couple months ago. Illinois, Indiana, and UNLV are the three other schools I am hearing from."
Arizona is familiar to Jackson for numerous reasons, including one major one.
"Arizona is a good school," Jackson said. "My roommate is Craig Victor and all he talks about is Arizona. It is a great program and it will definitely be a major part of my decision."
As Jackson goes through the process, playing style will be one of the biggest components in his decision-making process.
"The biggest thing I am looking for is freedom to play," Jackson said. "I don't like schools that limit players to just one position. I like teams like Findlay that let big men run and get out a little bit."
There has been some word that Jackson could choose to reclassify to 2015, but as of now that remains undecided.
"That is still something I have to discuss with my parents, but it is definitely an option," he said. "I am still young. I am just trying to get better right now, but I will figure it out."
