Magliore impressed on visit

Arizona received a visit from Arizona Western safety Paul Magliore Jr. Read on to see how that visit went and more.

The Arizona coaching staff is looking for instant contributors in next year's class and three candidates from Arizona Western, including 6-foot-2, 215-pound safety Paul Magloire, were on campus earlier today.

"Man the visit was incredible," Magloire said. "It was easily a 10 visit on a 1 to 10 scale. I got to tour the campus with my teammates, which was fun. The campus was beautiful and the football field and rooms were top notch."

Magloire also got a positive vibe from the Arizona coaching staff.

"They were amazed at how well put together we are and they said if we keep working an offer could be coming shortly," Magliore said.

"Coach Rodriguez said he's looking for guys like us who want to get better and will do everything it takes to get better."

Fortunately for the Arizona coaches, Magliore, Ricquan Southward, and Dami Ayoola have been impressed by the attention being paid to them.

"We're all getting stuff and that is great, but Arizona has really gone out of their way to make us feel wanted," Magliore said.

"They want us to get down there for the spring game Saturday and we will be there. Once practice is over we are heading back to Tucson."

Magloire doesn't have any other visits set up, but that doesn't mean that he is looking to commit soon.

"The attention has started coming recently and I'm in no rush to decide, plus Arizona hasn't offered yet," he said.

"My other teammates have signed with some big time D-1 schools in the past, so they know all about the process. I'm not sure where we go from here though."
