Nunley recently visited Arizona and it is safe to say that he was impressed with what he saw.
"The UA coaches were great," Nunley said. "The visit was fun. You could tell they really wanted everyone to see how Arizona football works and they did a good job. Watching the team, I think can fit in all over the field.
"I could be at the tight end, wide receiver or lined up somewhere in the back field. The offense has movement and I think with my versatility I could make an impact."
The 6-foot-4, 212-pound three-star's confidence is warranted, judging by the recent improvements he's made.
"We lost to Centennial in the state title game, so we had a good season, but at the same time we didn't quite get the ultimate goal," he said. "I missed a couple of games, but when I was in there I think I made improvements in getting open and blocking. It's good people are noticing."
Nunley's recruitment as picked up as of late, particularly out west.
"I'm getting interest from a few places around the country, but especially on the west coast," he said. "Both Arizona schools are recruiting me as is Washington, Colorado and some other schools. I don't have an exact day for getting out to every place that I want to get to, but that will be coming up soon."
